Trecat Games respects your privacy and limits the customer information it intentionally retains.
Information Used to Process Orders
When you place an order, information such as your name, shipping address, email address, payment details and order information may be collected and processed by Square, a third-party marketplace, payment processor, shipping carrier or other service provider. Trecat Games accesses this information only as reasonably necessary to process, ship, support and document your order.
Trecat Games does not directly collect or store complete payment-card information. Payments are processed by the platform or payment processor used to complete the purchase.
Rewards-Program Records
Trecat Games may retain only the following information in its internal rewards records:
- Customer username or account identifier
- Associated order numbers
This information is retained to verify eligible purchases and support a future Trecat Games rewards program. We do not use these records to sell customer profiles or provide customer information to third-party advertisers.
Participation in a future rewards program will be subject to any additional terms presented when that program launches.
Packing Slips and Financial Records
Trecat Games retains copies of packing slips and related transaction records from third-party marketplaces for bookkeeping, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and other legitimate financial-record purposes.
Packing slips may contain information supplied by the marketplace, including a customer’s name, username, shipping address, order number, items purchased and transaction date. These records are stored securely, accessed only for legitimate business purposes and retained for as long as reasonably necessary to meet financial, tax, legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Information appearing on retained packing slips is not added to the Trecat Games rewards records unless it consists of the customer’s username or associated order number.
Sharing of Information
Trecat Games does not sell or rent customer information.
Customer information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to:
- Process payments and fulfill orders
- Purchase postage and deliver shipments
- Operate the Square website or a third-party marketplace account
- Prevent or investigate fraud
- Respond to payment disputes
- Maintain required financial and tax records
- Comply with applicable law, court orders or lawful government requests
- Protect the rights, property or safety of Trecat Games, its customers or others
Shopify, Square, marketplaces, payment processors, shipping carriers and other service providers maintain their own privacy practices. Their collection, use and retention of information are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Data Security
Trecat Games uses reasonable physical, administrative and electronic safeguards to protect retained records. However, no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers may contact Trecat Games through the contact information displayed on our website to ask questions about this policy or request access to, correction of or deletion of information maintained directly by Trecat Games.
Some information may need to be retained when required for accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or other legitimate business purposes.
Policy Updates
Trecat Games may update this Privacy Policy when its services, rewards program, legal obligations or business practices change. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
