Shipping Policy

All Trecat Games orders are shipped using one of the following methods:

USPS Ground Advantage

Orders requiring package service are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is included and will be provided to the customer after the order ships.

USPS Ground Advantage is generally used for:

• Higher-value trading cards
• Booster packs and sealed products
• Video games
• Larger card orders
• Orders that cannot safely qualify as letter mail

Additional insurance or signature confirmation may be added when appropriate.

PWE Non-Machinable Shipping

Qualifying lower-value trading-card orders may be shipped in a plain white envelope (PWE) using USPS First-Class Mail with non-machinable postage.

PWE orders are protected using appropriate card sleeves and rigid or semi-rigid protection. Tracking is not included with this shipping method.

PWE shipping is available only when an order’s size, weight, thickness and value meet Trecat Games’ shipping requirements. Orders that do not qualify will be upgraded to USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Method Selection

The available shipping method is determined by the products purchased, total order value, package size, weight and protection requirements. Trecat Games reserves the right to upgrade an order to a safer shipping method at no additional cost to the customer.

Processing and Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation after their order has been processed. Tracking information will be included for USPS Ground Advantage shipments. PWE shipments do not include tracking or delivery scans.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by USPS, severe weather, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact Trecat Games immediately if an address correction is needed. Addresses cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping payment before being resent.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If a tracked shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact Trecat Games promptly with the order number, photographs and relevant tracking information.

Because PWE shipments do not include tracking, their location and delivery cannot be independently confirmed. Customers who want delivery tracking should select or request USPS Ground Advantage when that option is available.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces remain subject to that marketplace’s applicable shipping and buyer-protection rules.
